Hi Paolo,

Your models relating to the main indices are looking good, especially looking at underlying risk measures such as VXO and VIX. Various analyses beyond the "typical" suggest a short-term pop to 2200 SPX followed by long-term bearishness. I don't trade indices anymore and have no insight beyond the "blogosphere" but I think your models might finally coming to fruition. I find indices much too messy and subject to perceived manipulation (or just expected behaviour).

Its not unsurprising that US elections are the perceived key turning point. I've got many reasons to suspect sustained falls, but am aware that many contradictory reasons exist too. Price action will be the ultimate arbiter.

Kind regards,

Mr. Anon
